“Native English Speaker”

It has been more than 10 year's time I've returned from Canada. In having offered a golden opportunity to lecture different programs at various universities including VTC, Chinese U, Polytechnic, Baptist and City Uni at the start, all these precious experience have uplifted my career life to offering private English lessons for students of all ages from kindergarten up to training adults for General and Business English. In preparation for students on public exams like Cambridge English, Trinity, HKCEE, DSE and IELTS, it's to my belief the development of teaching methodology is what it takes to facilitate student's learning under a stimulating environment. Instead of dictating students, they should be motivated to learn by providing their own input along with creative ideas thru discussions and so on. Hence, both their morale and enthusiasm enable them to trust their own opinions before the boosting of confidence comes around.
