Born in China and have lived in the US since age 9, Im fluent in both Mandarin and English, which means I can teach both languages in a fun and culturally-emphasized way. I graduated from Purdue University (top 60 in the world) with a Retail Management degree, along with a minor in Apparel Design & Technology.
Im now working as an Account Manager at an international company which has recently gone IPOed, so if needed, I can also provide insight for older students who are seeking guidance on area of study or even career.
I have a brother whos 12 years old and I have also been tutoring younger children for almost 3 years, so I understand how to communicate and teach in the most efficient ways. I believe in creative learning and am never one to give up on difficult situations in education.
