Epianist is a Hong Kong-based pianist, keyboardist, composer, arranger, songwriter, lyricist and producer. He attained the ATCL Piano diploma with distinction in 2017 and ABRSM Grade 8 Music Theory certificate with merit in 2014. He started learning the piano since the age of 6. He was graduated from Hong Kong Baptist University in 2020. He has performed in various occasions and participated in the Fourth KAWAI Asia Piano Competition in 2012. He composed his first set of pieces: "Waltz in A Minor", "Prelude in B Minor" and "Reminiscence" at the age of 15. He is inspired and influenced by a wide variety of artists including Frederic Chopin, Jay Chou, V.K克, Wiwi Kuan, Klafmann, Yiruma, Joe Hisaishi, Ryuichi Sakamoto, Bill Evans, Nikolai Kapustin and Jacob Collier. He has composed over 40 songs and instrumental pieces for various instruments. He tries to combine different elements to create his own musical style.
