Through various activities, I understand the significance of group cooperation and how to smoothly carry out and lead group cooperation. For example, in the enterprise challenge arena held by cocoon, I worked with other team members to provide Swarovski with solutions to social challenges at that time; I spent two weeks as an intern in gobuddy, a start-up enterprise, analyzing and reporting strengths and weaknesses with a professional team... Everyone is good at something. Just like when I interned in gobuddy at that time, my partner is good at communicating and reporting with others, and I am good at using data for analysis, making flow charts and other work that requires logical thinking and analysis. Therefore, we need to work in the same group in order to do the best of one thing and learn what we lack from each other. This is the meaning of group cooperation—Learning from each others strengths to make up for their weaknesses, so as to do things best. In addition, if you want the cooperation of a group to proceed smoothly, you must first divide the work well to ensure that everyone can do what they are good at. If you want to divide the work well, you need a leader to lay everything out.
