“擅長啟動學習動機的經驗全職導師”

本人畢業於香港理工大學，中學側畢業於寶血會上智英文女書院。擁有多年上門補習導師、到校課後導師、雜誌編輯以及美術指導的⼯作經驗，現在是一位全職補習導師及兒童創意藝術導師。我教導過不同國藉的⼩朋友如英國、德國、瑞典、美國、澳洲、法國、日本、韓國、中國及香港，年齡層由半歲到十五歲不等，教授的科目有英文、中文、數學、功課輔導及美術。 現教導教導過的學生有就讀於傳統名校如國際英文幼稚園 、約克幼稚園、德望幼稚園、真光小學、民生書院小學、玫瑰崗小學，亦有就讀於國際學校直資學校的學生如Shrewsbury國際學校 、Nord Anglia 國際學校，Victoria國際幼稚園 、Anfield 國際學校、Boxhill 國際幼稚園、Greenfield 國際幼稚園、漢基國際學校、紫荊書院、真道書院等等。 我的教導方式不流於填鴨操練式，亦非常注重培養小朋友的閱讀習慣及學習態度。除了跟進小朋友的校內功課和學習外，也會為他們設計學習計劃以至補充他們的課外知識，為小朋友改善學習技巧，啟動他們的學習動機，令學習變得更有趣味兼鼓勵他們主動探索，而不是被動灌輸，出來的效果更加事半功倍。 I am a graduate of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and completed my secondary education at Holy Trinity College. With years of experience as a home tutor, on-campus after-school tutor, magazine editor, and art director, I am currently a full-time tutor and childrens creative arts instructor. I have taught children from various nationalities, including those from the UK, Germany, Sweden, the USA, Australia, France, Japan, South Korea, China, and Hong Kong, with ages ranging from 6 months to fifteen. The subjects I teach include English, Chinese, Mathematics, homework assistance, and Art. My students have attended prestigious institutions such as St. Catherines International Kindergarten, York Kindergarten, Good Hope Kindergarten, True Light Girls College, Munsang College Primary School, Rosaryhill School, and Marymount Primary School, as well as several international and direct subsidy schools like Shrewsbury International School, Nord Anglia International School, Victoria Kindergarten, Anfield School, Box Hill International Kindergarten, Greenfield International Kindergarten, Chinese International School, Hong Kong Bluebell College, and Logos Academy. My teaching philosophy emphasizes fostering a love for reading and cultivating a positive learning attitude rather than relying solely on rote memorization. In addition to supporting students with their schoolwork, I design tailored learning plans to enhance their extracurricular knowledge, improve their learning skills, and ignite their motivation. This approach makes learning more engaging and encourages active exploration, leading to more effective and rewarding outcomes.
